This isn't a U-Haul facility, it's a Liquor Store with laptop. Need a crack pipe for your move? They've got you covered. Need furniture pads or foam packing materials? Sorry, they can't help you. The trucks were parked close together, and surrounded by uncontrolled weeds. It was very difficult taking photos of the truck from several sides, and I had to do some bushwhacking to get to the drivers door.
Brian BParking lot is not really big enough to accommodate uhaul trucks plus other customers going into the store. Also it was difficult to ensure this was the correct location. No signs or anything to let us know where to go or if this was even the correct location. Had to ask the store clerk if this was the U-Haul dropoff location. But he gave us no other direction.
Eric LOnly wanted the trailer for 2 days was charged for 4 days. Called and opened a ticket on 7/22 the day of return. Supposed to hear from manager and still haven’t. Being charged for too many days.
Landon WI mean, you can get a Uhaul from here if you're in a pinch. The place itself is confusing. There's no signs or indication it has anything to do with uhaul except a truck or 2 in the parking lot. It's basically a gas station, and the guy behind the counter works off of a separate laptop for the uhaul rentals. He was nice, and we were able to rent a uhaul truck, the truck itself could've been in better condition, but it got the job done. The truck kept dinging at us that it needed traction controls and other things serviced. The time in the truck was also wrong. That really messed us up when needing to return the vehicle. We were moving big heavy furniture all day so I wasn't using my phone much. So we would just periodically check the time in the truck. We didn't realize until later that it was an hour behind. That combined with rush hour traffic made us 15 minutes late dropping the truck off. And they will charge you for another whole rental day if you're late. And make sure you pay attention to the form you sign for the rental if you are setting up the rental on your own. It will automatically add a $15 protection plan to your rental, and even if you remove it, it will still appear on your invoice. So make sure you check all locations before you sign because once you sign, everyone refuses to refund it.
