RUSSELL BI scheduled my rental a week in advance and the truck keys weren't in the lock box for me to pick up on time. The employee said they would head that way and be there in 30 minutes. He showed up an hour later and never once apologized. Very disappointing and I will not recommend this location.

JACOB LI got charged for an extra day and a dolly that I returned and gave picture document of returning and having received a refund so was charged an extra 150 followed when I shoulda gotten money back because the worker didn’t do his job I’m very upset with uahul and until the is resolved I will be make sure it’s know that if u do mobile u gonna be scammed. Worst experience ever will use a different company next time after this, lost a long costumer

Richard FThe woman running the store, Jodi, was rude. She added a towing insurance package without asking and without my approval. When I called to have this removed she denied adding it and said I needed to call the 800 number. Parking is terrible for this location. The older gentlemen that works there was very friendly however, and tried to be as helpful as possible.

SEANDRALEEN HNo problem with overall experience in renting uhaul truck. Charges were not correct, but Uhaul immediately resolved the issue.
Clifton WNo one was there to assist us, though they did have a phone number to call. Otherwise the location was ok.
ELISA BRenting the trailer was difficult because the rental person was not there. All transaction had to be done using two phones, but there was no wifi to make the process go smoothly. Return the trailer the same day, and it was never checked back in by the location. Dealing with billing issues and was charged twice incorrectly. Now having to wait on refund by Uhaul to put the funds back to my bank account.

Rodney KI arrived at the designated time and no one was there. Called their number and they were not available. I had trouble disconnecting the trailer in the rain and no one was there to assist. If they were not going to be available, they should have contacted me and directed me to a nearby location with staff.

John KThe truck provided smelled of cow manure. Driving with the windows down was required. The person who set up the rental for a truck and trailer made me go to two separate locations. 1 for the truck and 1 for the car hauler. I had no idea this was required. This caused a loss of my time and the poor folks at each location were unaware of each reservation. Both their computer systems were extremely slow again wasting my time and theirs to help other customers.
matthew mFor starters the mileage that was recorded was not the mileage the truck was at when I picked it up. There is a 3 mile discrepancy. Normally this would not bother me however on top of that I was charged for 4 gallons of gas when I took pictures of the dash when picking up the truck so I could do my best to match it exactly and was pretty sure I did just that. On top of that the check engine light came on the last day we had the truck so we didn’t even make our last load before returning the truck because I wasn’t sure if the truck was safe to drive with check engine on. Not happy with this experience after receiving the additional charges for gas and mileage I didn’t put on the truck. When checking out the truck the lady seemed inconvenienced. I put my pick up time at 6:30 and was happy doing mobile pick up, she called me saying they close at 5 and I needed to check out the truck over the phone right then, while I was clocked in and working. If I was available to pick up the truck before 5 I would have scheduled my reservation for before 5pm. At drop off trying to do mobile drop off, I entered all phone numbers and kept getting the message that I didn’t have any equipment issued to me. I had to call the number on the door and after calling letting the guy know the mileage and gas level, he proceeded to call my husband several more times to confirm the information we provided in the first phone call. Had mobile check in been available, this wouldn’t have been an issue. This was my second time renting a truck from this location and there certainly won’t be a 3rd.
Stephanie SJoy Roberts was a “joy” to work with. She found the right size truck for my needs and made sure I knew how to operate everything. Her customer service was above and beyond.
Karen MI was very grateful that they were open on the holiday. My wife’s car broke down on her way to work and I was scrambling trying to figure out a way to get it home. Thankfully I was able to do so because they were open.
Carl ABetter rates the cost per mile is high considering you have to put the gas back into the same level as when you got it. you should have an option to rent by the hour or by the day and get rid of the mileage fee!

Zachary FMake the uhual app less complicated, the 24/7 check in has too many questions and it takes way to much time to complete . It is much easier to go to the uhual location and let the employees check you in. Other than that everything is great .- clean trucks , good service, easy returns.

MANUEL SI returned the trailer on Saturday MAR04, as required. The location logged it as Sunday MAR05, and charged me $30.80 more. I called them Monday, and they said they will call Uhaul to fix it. Still, nothing is refunded or resolved.
Robert DI was over charged by 60 miles and was told I had to deal with corporate then corporate sent me back to the agent. Total run around and dishonest. I will never use U Haul again

Johnny TWe were told that we would get a refund by Cotton and Joy Reid for the days we did not use the trailer. We rushed to Florida to return the trailer and then were told there would be no refund. Instead of doing the right thing and saying we made a mistake, sorry, we got the complete run around by Cotton, Joy and Uhaul. After "16" calls to all parties involved my wife was able to get a refund from a manager at Uhaul. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! All Cotton or Joy had to do was call us back and say hey we made a mistake but all we got was passing the buck. Shameful behavior in our opinion. No more Uhaul for us!!!

Chris WPiss poor service. Supposedly the transportation manager called and talked to them to make sure my rental would be ready, since uhaul changed the reservation so many times. We spent 1 1/2 trying to get the truck. Because the website said pick keys up in Corinth mini storage. And they did not put our appliance dolly in the truck. So the whole whole move was delayed over 14 hours!!! This whole process was a disaster in dealing with uhaul. And they should be reimbursing us for our hassle and delay of our move. This was their error and they should make up for the mistakes made. It cost me more in the long run due to their errors. So NO I will not recommend them to anyone.
