Lady who rented out dolly has horrible attitude. Very rude during service. I would never recommend her to anyone. Not professional and kept saying they are closed at 12:30pm when the U haul website stated 9-2pm and there was no hour sign and open sign was displayed at door. Rushed us during the whole rental process.

Shane WVery kind and helpful when i dropped it off. Went above and beyond to help even though it was 2 hours after they closed.
KEVIN NYour employee in the San Antonio area, Martin Rhodes is a condescending, rude individual that has no business in a customer service role. The people at new frontier rentals were extremely courteous and helpful, as was the staff at big z travel center when I dropped the dolly off. Martin Rhodes will cost your company customers in the future. Thank you.
