The woman running the store, Jodi, was rude. She added a towing insurance package without asking and without my approval. When I called to have this removed she denied adding it and said I needed to call the 800 number. Parking is terrible for this location. The older gentlemen that works there was very friendly however, and tried to be as helpful as possible.

SEANDRALEEN HNo problem with overall experience in renting uhaul truck. Charges were not correct, but Uhaul immediately resolved the issue.
