When I received the drop-off information, it was clear that this wasn't a U-Haul staffed site. My answers above are based on the fact that this is basically a key-drop site and not a U-Haul staffed site. The contract indicated to call a number when I got into town. When I called, it went to voicemail and I left a message -- I didn't receive a call-back. I headed to the drop-off address as soon as I finished leaving the voicemail. When I used the app to attempt to finish the drop-off, I got to the "Step 5 of 5" screen. I finished the "Confirm Parking Location" section and the app displayed "Thank you for uploading the requested images. Please wait while we update our records." The app stayed on that screen for more than 5 minutes and then lost all of my information, so I had to enter everything and take pictures again. :-( That wasted quite a bit of my time.

The guy behind the counter had nothing good to say about Uhaul. He complained about how Uhaul takes care of its equipment and then rented us a truck full of dog hair with slobber and paw prints all over the windows inside.

This location is great to work with. The one I visited pryor to this one,will never see me again. What a train wreck!

They could use a larger u-haul sign. Other than that, the gentleman we turned the truck into was very helpful and professional.
