To get the U-Haul was super easy I used the app and did it all through that and then was contacted by the business. Pick up was super easy as well with drop off. I was able to get my storage unit right there with a better price and a much more convenient location. :) Thanks guys!

Ariana BOverall the rental was good, the check out and in process was fairly easy. I was really shocked at the price of nearly $90 for just an in-town rental from 8am-6pm.

RICHARD BI came in to pick up the truck rental after hours, the keys were not in the lock box as per my proper pickup schedule time . I was waiting for half an hour for a representative to answer and provide me with the code. To find out no keys were there. Wasted and delaying my time to tart with my move.. not happy.

KATHARINE TThe trailer was checked out by the agent, and because there was snow on the ground, they missed the flat tire. I didn't see it until I started to load it. She also "checked" the lights, but I also discovered that the driver's side lights on the trailer were not working. Since I was on a tight schedule, I pumped up the tire.
