The sign-in process was a nightmare. There was no signage for where to get the key. Then when we found it, the antiquated combination lock was difficult to navigate. The truck was clean and ready, but we were charged the $12 fee for furniture dolly that wasn’t there. Even after we reported that it wasn’t there, we were charged anyway. Hated this location with no human there to help.
Laurie AActually have the additional equipment in the unit if the reservation is going to flip to self pick up. I paid for movers help and being short 2 dollys slowed down progress.
Joshua WThis is not an actual Uhaul store. The app let me schedule both of my rentals for pickup at this location only to find out upon arrival that they did not have both pieces of equipment. I then had to drive 30 minutes both ways across town to get the other piece of equipment.
