This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! First, we were unable to complete the rental with our phones after 30 minutes of trying we called into u- haul and they had us try the website to do so which was also a no go, so we had to call the number on the office door to have someone come down to help us that took 45 minutes for a lady to show up and she told us the only way to do this is mobile app well she couldn't get my license to upload either and no option to just send a picture. after her trying for 20 minutes she had to call someone who walked her through how to do it on the phone. then we fine out that the trailer U-Haul asked us to take to florida was going to a different location than where I was taking the truck and I was charged $34.57 I did U-haul afavor and was told I would not be charged. so I demand that the $34.57 be refunded to my card and because of all the screw ups which you can see how many tiimes I called into complain I want a better compensation than the $50. This was a totall mess from the get go! I will never do any favor like that again!! I want a phone call from a Supervisor Thanks

Justin AHonestly, I dropped it off an night. I submitted all of the required documents and the truck was cleaned as was charged $50.The gas mileage was at a quarter of tank as directed and we stayed under the mileage.

Randal YWhile this location itself was not the issue, I will NEVER use Uhaul again. On march 18th I reserved a 20 ft truck to be picked up at a location 2 miles from my house in Savannah, GA and got a confirmation email telling me a representative would call me by 6 PM on 3/31. By 5:45 I hadn’t heard anything so I called the location and got no answer. I then called the main Uhaul 800 number and was transferred several times just to be told there were no available trucks anywhere in the area that size. I was moving 4 hours away to another state the next day so I demanded a truck in some form since my reservation had been confirmed for two weeks. I was then given the option to drive an hour one way from my house for a truck. This was such an unacceptable experience and added un-needed additional stress. If I had never taken matters into my own hands I would have showed up at the pickup location without a moving truck and been completely screwed over for my move.
LeeAnna FI elected to rent your tow dolly but upon arrival i was informed that it was not available. It was no biggie and they were upfront and apologized. The folks at this location were super nice, professional and informative.
