They wasn’t on time when our appointment was at 7 am then charged an extra 60 lying the we went 30 miles when in fact went 7.7 miles both ways and put gas in the truck when it was by empty the total cost came to over 120 dollars and when we called was informed that’s not our fuckin problem call U-Haul but you guys seem to let this be ok for some reason or another never again and had to clean it ourselves should of recorded being that my pick up was supposed to be in linden on Edgar road but some how got switched to that less than respectable place do better and you get better wrong is wrong you that have a blessed evening or day: Amanda m
