The person who helped us was very kind. We were in a difficult situation with a breakdown during a move, and the gentleman did everything he could to make things easier for us.
KAREN GStaff were very unprofessional. Location was cluttered and dirty- I am still in disbelief U Haul would allow use of this location. Definitely not pleased I was charged for gas after I left the location when I clearly left more gas in the truck than when I picked it up. Strongly recommend U Haul evaluate this location immediately.
MARCUS JThis was was an absolute disaster! I felt like I was going to be kidnapped! The man had to get in my car and I had to drive us to a remote location and he was trying to call someone while we were driving and they were speaking in a different language and I thought they were plotting to kill me! I have lived to tell the tale, so that is the only positive.

Ron HYou shouldn't have satellite locations. The main location at 3914 S General Bruce Dr Temple, TX 76502 fixed us up with a replacement truck. I give them 5 stars. Ralph

Mary L1) My reservation was at a different location (this was a BIG problem time wise and caused me to be late to meet my movers) and I had to be redirected to this dump location to pick up the trailer (which was the only U-haul item on the lot). Mohammad was friendly but the shop is filthy and in complete disarray. Had I sent my wife to pick up the trailer, she would have left without going in.

KEVIN YWe ordered a dolly online however the dealer said he could not get a dolly. We were not notified before hand to make other arrangements. We were coming in from out of town to load a house to move to the town we were coming from. We should have been informed that a dolly was not available.

Jerry BThe place is dirty. Only used them because they had a truck available. Charged us a cleaning fee when the back was swept out and no trash was in the truck. Charged us after hours drop off fee when we walked into the store and handed them the keys back right before they closed. They close at 6pm we arrived a few minutes before 6 and turned the truck in when it was not due back until the next day at 2 pm.

Shemeka GTook me going to find someone to get help after waiting for 30 minutes. The uhaul smelt like smoke, it did not have my equipment in the back, had to go back in and ask for it. While I was driving on my 12 hour trip, it started raining and thats when I noticed one of the windshield wipers were broken.

David MContract Number: 24485250 Saturday 7/2/22 1:00pm Picked up tow dolly & loaded Geo Metro at New Pools Tires and Rims, 4515 S General Bruce Dr, Temple, Texas, assisted by Mohommed. 4:00pm After driving over 3 hours, 110 miles on I-35N, pulled over for fuel in Burleson, TX. Inspected tow dolly, right tire coming apart. Hand size pieces of tread gone in many areas, images available upon request. Called Mohommed at Uhaul in Temple Texas. His response, “what do you want me to do about it?” and he instructed me to call Uhaul Roadside Assistance. Called Uhaul 800-844-7867, automated service informed me they were very busy, was put in 30 minute que for call back. Searched nearby Uhaul facility's, carefully drove 10 miles to U-Haul Moving & Storage at I-35 & Berry St., Ft Worth, TX. 5:00pm Even though they were extremely busy, both the assistant manager, Tori and fellow worker, Ashley gave me exemplary service and switched out the 1st tow dolly for the 2nd, TD 1306C. At 4pm my faith in Uhaul was gone, by 5pm, my faith was restored. Both Tori and Ashley are compassionate, considerate and efficient Uhaul employees and should be paid more or promoted to higher positions. At the very least, their top-notch service should be noted.

Robert ADrop off was easy. Said he would email me a receipt. When i got it there was a $25 cleaning charge. Complete BS. The truck was in the exact same shape as when I picked it up. I even returned it a day early. Wonder what other hidden charges Uhaul tries to sneak in. Kinda shady business practices.
James WThe truck had a major exhaust leak and 142,000 miles. It also would not maintain a 60mph speed making it unsafe to drive on an 800 mile trip. The rental agreement also had the wrong fuel amount marked and I had to drive to a lot to get the vehicle off site and did not see the fuel was off from the contract. Upon turn in after adding the fuel I thought it was on the gauge the dealer told me the fuel was not right. I also had to add an extreme amount of fuel in the truck as it only gor a 3mpg on my trip. Very disappointed and will not pay the extra fuel charge and would like a call back
Michael LTire was low on trailer and almost flat. I suggested changing the tire and instead only added air. I had a flat and continued to put air in it until I reached out to uhaul to send out a tech to change the tire. Delayed my trip somewhat
Michael LCheck all your tires four possible defections I rented one a car dolly on the 22nd of April it had a blowout causing me to wreck my truck and totaled it who's paying for that

BA LI was double charged for my rental, and when I went back to office to get it fixed, I was told I had to call company, when I called company, I was told this dealer does this all the time and an audit account would have to be created. I think I should have gotten my money back and U-Haul should take care of thief own business and over charging problems. Bottom line is I’m out of pocket money that should never have been taken! I am very unhappy with this situation and I hope it will be fixed sooner rather than later.
