The computer was lagging so I got a late start to begin with and I got charged for a extra day when I was just using the same time it took to actually GET the trailer and they had a new employee running the store by himself??? Worst service ever $20 a day my ass.sonya B.

Owner was unaware of what equipment he had on site, all of it was dirty and in poor condition. Reserved a motorcycle trailer, was told it was stolen and given a ramp trailer. When returning the equipment was made to pay an upgrade fee, even though I had reserved a motorcycle trailer that was not there. I will not go back to this location and will tell everyone else to avoid it as well.Martin S.

Be prepared to wait. Called in advance, arrived, and waited for a long while. This location is extremely clustered. Compared to other locations within the city, this one is very outdated. Although I told the attendant that I had already had checked in online and did everything to reduced contact, still had to give up my i'd and credit card.David G.

I had to hook the trailer up by myself as it was just a few minutes after closing and no one was there. The trailer was parked on an unlevel surface which made it very difficult for one person to hook up and likewise to unhook when I dropped it offtom R.

I did a pre arrival checkout on line. The people at the U Haul had no clue what that meant and I gad to do it again at the store. They did not offer a receipt upon return and I had to ask twice.James L.
Store smells terrible, help took forever, guys inside were very greedy trying to get cash any way possible and making me add cash to help lift the trailer to my truck which was 25.00 dollars. Very rude and was not happy about giving them 25 extra.joseph F.

we were extremely pleased with the location for our pickup and the customer service at this location, although we were not all pleased with the scheduling of our pickup. We had driven all the way from Huntsville Alabama and if I had not called we would not have had a truck to rent. I had made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Someone should have contacted us earlier and let us know the location and time of our pickup. To drive 12 hours and find out that you may not be able to rent a vehicle to return at the time you need to is unacceptable.anthony H.

New pools tires and rims gave me a trailer with lights that did not work, blamed my brand new vehicle, wouldn't listen to me, and refused to give me a different trailer until my boyfriend showed up and I called uhaul. Very rude and didn't want to fix the problem. They tried to get me to leave with a â€œbrokenâ€ trailer and then didn't want to give me new paperwork for the trailer I ended up renting. Horrible experience, I will never do business with them again.emily K.
Location was also a garage. Very disorganized and could use training on how to use the system. The gentleman was nice, but spoke very broken English. Also, the pick up location didn't verify that the AC didn't work in the vehicle which caused me to have to drive from TX to NC in the summer with no AC.Rex A.

Owner never explained to us the cost for leaving our trailer with his location. We were supposed to return to our home state but unforseen circumstances meant we had to drop elsewhere. He just said sure I can take it. We were than emailed a bill for an extra 300 dollars. What the hell uhaul. Not sure I will be using uhaul for the rest of my move.Gina S.

The dealer insisted that I back the UHaul trailer into a little space between other trailers. I declined & he asked me to drive my car to back it in. I DO NOT like that, but at the time I agreed. Gladly, the man changed his mind & disconnected the trailer & I left. He was barely intelligible. I do not speak Middleastern Languages nor appreciate his cultural demeanor toward me and my girlfriend. I will not go to that site for anything in the future.SUSAN R.
Trailer was in poor condition. The person hooking it up to my vehicle made me do some of the work and didn't communicate well with me. When it was hooked up, he just walked off without telling me any further instructions on what to do. I just left wondering if the process was finished.KIRK M.

I was told that because my equipment broke and I had to move my stuff to a new trailer, I would not be charged for a second day however, I still brought the trailer back within two hours of the original deadline rather than keeping it a second night. I also returned the trailer cleaner than I recessives it and I didn't receive any help with connecting the second trailer. I was charged for two days of rental which was NOT what was told to me by the Uhaul representative that was onsite when I was swapping the trailers. I will NEVER use Uhaul again or recommend them as a result of the poor service and being lied too and over charged.Ken R.

Guys in the office were very inattentive. Trailer wasn't up on blocks. My husband had to PICK IT UP just to get it on the ball of our truck. They did not have an adapter for the lights and tried to charge us $20 to buy one when they are $7 at any parts store. Also tried to double charge us for insurance.
