The online rental did not specify the hitch type and did not allow me to use the lock that I purchased from U-Haul previously. This was very frustrating because I could not swap out the trailer at another location for the newer hitch latch mechanism. Ended up having to drive 15 hours straight because the r tree silver could not be locked. Very deceitful on the website where the reservation was made.
