I was told that because my equipment broke and I had to move my stuff to a new trailer, I would not be charged for a second day however, I still brought the trailer back within two hours of the original deadline rather than keeping it a second night. I also returned the trailer cleaner than I recessives it and I didn’t receive any help with connecting the second trailer. I was charged for two days of rental which was NOT what was told to me by the Uhaul representative that was onsite when I was swapping the trailers. I will NEVER use Uhaul again or recommend them as a result of the poor service and being lied too and over charged.

Confusing drop off. I parked truck and handed my contract to person there .... he said “I was done” and that I could leave. Then I get calls the next day saying I did not return all 10 of my blankets which were counted 3 times by 3 different people. I returned call and person there could not help me and I have not heard from person I left message for.

Guys in the office were very inattentive. Trailer wasn't up on blocks. My husband had to PICK IT UP just to get it on the ball of our truck. They did not have an adapter for the lights and tried to charge us $20 to buy one when they are $7 at any parts store. Also tried to double charge us for insurance. It was a TERRIBLE experience.

I'm being charged cleaning and the truck was not dirty. I called about this and a fuel charge and the caller was very rude and disrespectful. I will not recommend this facility, matter of fact I will discourage people from going there.

Let the customer just drop off at any location without having to call ahead. Especially when they try to have a drop it off at 45 miles away, I was trying to drop it off in Temple and they offer me Waco

Make sure the equipment (car transport trailer in this case) is clean, the straps aren't overly worn, the latches securing the ramps work properly, and tires are properly inflated.

This location should not be open for business for Uhaul! The office they work out of is a horrible mess, very unorganized. I asked the lady that did the paperwork specifically why the price was more than my original quote from the phone call I received from UHAUL customer service? I asked if it would be cost less to pick up at on location and drop at another in town. I did not authorize SAFEMOVE payment. The truck was not dirty in the cargo box from the move. I was also charged for all mileage in which I was quoted by phone that 30 miles came with rental. I’ll pay for the 7 miles over that I drove. When I turned in the truck I showed a man the broken fuel fill line that leaked when I added gas. He looked in the cargo box and did not mention that he thought it was dirty and there would be a charge? I also let him know the check engine light was on and that the oil was very dirty and overfilled! I’ve had very good experiences with UHAUL, this was the worst and this location should NOT be doing any business for UHAUL! Brian Sloane 707-592-5509
