I was charged a fee for the cab of vehicle not being clean? I disagree, the back of truck was spotless! So why would the cab be left dirty? Not happy about the fact that this feature was not even discussed with myself! I only happened to notice the employee facial expression! He did make a statement about the box of truck being “very clean”. I repeat, why would the cab be left unclean?
