I really am uncomfortable walking into a gas station that sells hundreds of various legal marijuana and other intoxicants at the front desk and has them displayed behind plexiglass. I dont ned to see all of that and it speaks volumes as to how the counter person is in touch with my rental needs. I am standing there worrried up I will be in the middle of a robbery or a deranged addict will walk in behind me. You have cheapened your brand past the point of disgusting by opting to use this as a way to rent your fleet. At the minimum, carve out a seperate window or portion of the store that can be seperated from all the gas, cigarette, drugs, knives, lottery customers . Really poor marketing strategy to expand your brand.

Mark SI made online reservation successfully with my cash app card only to be asked for a different card at the store saying cash app card is not accepted. To make it worse they needed it Physical and I didn’t not have it with me so I had to go back home and get a different car to come and show them physically. That was bad experience. At least don’t let you go through with cash app online if it’s not accepted at the store, please thank you

When returning the truck I asked for a receipt and at first was told he couldn’t leave the store I would be sent one. I wanted to see the charges before I left. I told him I was willing to wait. Reluctantly and with a bad attitude he then went out and checked the truck for mileage etc. And then finished the checkout and sent me the paperwork. When I asked a question I was told it was right there in English. I would never use this location or recommend it to others. Considering there are serveral others nearby and I am a business it will definitely be their loss.

KAREN JProvide a hard copy receipt, not only through email. If I was provided a receipt upon returning the truck I would have disputed the charge for fuel. Showing the photo of the before and after. The reading for fuel mark was incorrect and I was billed two separate transactions.

Shahid NI had an incredibly frustrating experience with the staff. They were unprofessional and unhelpful, constantly telling me to ‘call the main U-Haul office’ instead of addressing my concerns. I had completed my registration online and specifically opted out of insurance, but the employee still included it in the total cost. I spent 15-20 minutes trying to explain that I didn’t need insurance, yet the employee insisted there was nothing they could do and told me to contact the office. The service was terrible and showed a complete lack of care. 0/5 stars.

And they did NOT do an inspection in my presence, I have video proof of any damage before I left the Chehalis lot and was prepared to dispute any charges. I did not like not having an inspection done and signed off before I left. I have NOT received any proof the truck was turned in!!!

Mark DI have been renting vans from this location for a while. The last 3 rentals I’ve had have all been the same van. The lining in the back of the van is not connected to the floor and makes loading the roller cases I have difficult. The mat is ripped in a few places and really needs to be redone. I’m tired of getting this same van each time I rent from this location.

Milton WWhen I picked up the van, the gas tank was less than half full. I drove less than 6 miles during my rental. It is difficult to estimate how much gas to ‘return with the same amount’ It would be better to start with a full tank and then each person tops off the tank- takes the guess work out.

Anthony WHave local proprietor level-set rental requirements and explain what is need upon return of the vehicle. Speaking the english language more proficiently would be an added benefit as well. Too much time is wasted trying to understand those whose primary language is not english. Nor did the individual explain what was needed, rather, we spend over 15 minutes returning the vehicle - however, this was an improvement of using the uhaul app which is horrible.

Hackett dThis was a complete mess. It took almost an hour to get the guarenteed reservation i had at this location. The app was no help and i tried using the customer service and 24-7 truck share and i was just put on hold and sent to other people. I have pictures of everything and i am genuinly never using uhaul again. This was by far the absolute worst experience i have ever had while also trying to move.

Nikos AWe booked our rental 3-13-24, asking for a 10’ truck. The day before we received a call telling us they only had 15’ trucks. Forcing us to pay more at the tolls , because the bigger truck is a duel wheeled and we had to take a longer route home because the larger truck is not allowed on certain highways. We were never compensated for the extra expenses

Satya SThey didn’t have the handcarts that I ordered with the truck weeks in advance. I didn’t find out until the day of moving. It made my moving experience extremely difficult and makes me reconsider using U-Haul in the future.
CATHERINE SThe truck was filthy and smelled like horse poop, and uhaul doesn’t have an adjustable steering wheels so short ppl can drive I have to look thru the steering wheel to see the road. It’s one guy in the store doing both uhaul and cashier and when I got there at 11 he wasn’t even there

The site did not have the protective drop clothes that I ordered… annoying Also, the truck had check engine light on when I started the vehicle and it stayed on entire rental.
Andrew AI was under the impression that it was an online pickup only and when the online site was not working it was very confusing as to how I was going to be able to pick up the truck. Luckily the gas station attendant was able to process the order, but that was not known to me prior to the pickup.

MING WI had a very bad experience at this location. I was treated extremely bad. The cashier was very rude stated that I was not as important as the other customers. Also he refused to show me where my truck was and stated it outside go find it. Would not recommend them to anyone.

francis MThis is the fourth time in a row I rented a U- Haul truck and the gas gauge Has not worked. the last truck said i had 5/8 th of a tank full. luckly I decided to fill up instead of getting gas down I-95, there was only 4 Gallons in it. If this is the way you maitain your trucks I'll have to use someone else. RUSSELL bROSCH
