Terrical WStaff needs to clean out the vehicles before renting them out. There was trash inside the vehicle and this is the second time. They also should not be talking on the phone distracted and elongating the check in process.
Janaeha BThe front desk old lady was the worst. It was ok for her to count everything at her pace when we were trying to take a video for our own record she started to yelling and rob the key out of our hand without checking the mileage and gas level. We were asking please check in front of us and process it before we left, she started to barking. Awful expertise.
