Guy was rude. Didn't inspect the truck. Had to ask him repeatedly to send a receipt now vice later in his shift. He was rude.

Maybe not take 52 dollars from me as a hold and attempt to charge for an additional 32 dollars and try and make me pay..trash predatory company only afloat because there isnt really a direct competitor...Will never use uhaul again...I pray this business fails because while we were in need due to a house fire...you attempt to take additional money away me and my family.
