Still waiting on a response to my inquiry where I was incorrectly charged for SafeMove insurance when I declined upon reservation. I also was given a smaller truck than I reserved.

Joshua HWe reported equipment was clean but where do you draw the line as these are rental vehicles operated by many different types of humans. We took out the trash, and when sweeping the cargo area, found some broken glass which did not below to us; thus, we returned the truck cleaner than it was when we picked it up. Overall the vehicle was in great shape, easy to operate and served our purpose quite nicely. We will return to the same location in the future as we have now had two (2) very successful experiences from this location. Thanks.
