The gas station attendant was on the phone while filling out the order. Could have been a little quicker process
ERIC Lthere happened to be an area manager there at the time i picked up the utility trailer. if not for him the trailer would not have been ready to rent. it was stuck in a large snow covered area with a car parked in front of it. he took his truck and got the trailer out ,did a few minor lights issue repairs AND shovelled the large amount of snow in the trailer out. he was an absolute fantastic guy who did everything he could to ensure that i got the trailer as it was a situation involving my son and his backed up sump pump system that i needed the trailer to haul my snowblower to my sons to dig out the huge amount of snow to find his sump pump drain hose. this guy saved my family a whole lot of grief and money.
BARRY MTrailer was not available for rental when I went to pick it up. I was there the day before to make sure the reservation was there and I wouldn’t have any issues in the morning. Trailer had 3 inches of ice build up in the bottom that they cleaned out before I took the trailer. These issues set my schedule back 1 1/2 hours. Problems were corrected and I did get an apology but it should have been ready for me as per reservation.
RINO MThe day started with a reservation I was to pick up. The dealer was n it there with the door locked and would not answer the phone. I then was moved to a different location, once I I got there the equipment was broken and was sent to another location. Meanwhile this is over 100 kms of driving from my home. Once I got to the last location they didn’t seem to know I was coming and were confused about the equipment I needed. It then took over 45 minutes to get my paperwork done after I already had a reservation. I then had to cancel it all together and order it my self at their location via the app. I then had to connect and do the chains and wiring myself before leaving. On drop off I also unhooked the equipment by my self and no one even came out to help or physically see that I dropped it off. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. No to mention all this time made me miss the appointment I had set to deliver the car and will need to find means again on Monday. Very very poor situation all around.
MARKO KThe wires to attach the lights was not long enough, they didn’t reach the vehicle, they didn’t even reach the tip of the trailer arm. We had to buy an attachment. This took time out of the short time we had on a very bad weather day, we had freezing rain.
