Where to start. Two guys; one doing all the work while the taller guy pretends to be doing something while on his phone watching video clips. Rude and abrasive when pulled away from his phone, not just to me, also to his colleague who was doing all the work. His colleague had to beg him to help with the other customers. When this "employee " left the store unattended to check on how long it will take for the guy who was doing it all. He became angry with me for where I was told to park the toy hauler. The overall experience made me wish I just kept it and taken it down to my final destination. Leaving a lot out. Let's just say; video dude you should be terminated. One that's company time you're being paid to work. The list is long and I am thankful that I won't ever have to return there. Short guy is run ragged.

ROSS CStandard check in process. No waiting in line was great. The app was a challenge for photos. Same with upon return. This could be improved. It has to be refreshed or reopened constantly to work properly
