dave kI ordered a 26ft truck I’m Sidney. Got a call the day before saying I had to drive to this location over 30 minutes away to pick up a smaller 20ft truck because mine was no longer available in Sidney. I drive 40 minutes away to get the smaller truck because I still absolutely needed one. I had ordered 3 dozen furniture pads and when we arrived location was closed on Sundays and we had zero moving blankets in the truck like we ordered days ago. I still got charged $35 dollars for them.

MICHAEL CNo need to improve anything!! This location was Amazing!! They saved the day for us! The location we originally were supposed to get our Uhaul at was not open when we came to get it ! I would not recommend going to the UhAul place that rents from the tanning salon by Bellefontaine Kroger. If it wasn’t for Newkirk Re-sale LLC we would not have had a UHaul the day we needed it . Thankyou. So much for helping us out! You were very kind and Extremely Helpful!!

BRANDON HTruck was clean but truck pulls really hard to the right and suspension doesn’t handle bumps at all. Over charged for fuel and added a 30$ fir service fee?
