Dealer refused to come outside. Instructed me to drop trailer in yard and leave, from his ring doorbell camera. Trailer was returned on Friday, but not checked-in until Tuesday afternoon. I am now trying to get credit for the overcharge of the additional days. Unhelpful, inaccurate, and attempting to overcharge me. If you have a dealer with hours until 6pm, there should be someone at the location at 4pm.
