Shop was dingy. Workers spoke little English. Translator was needed and you could tell he didn't want to be there. Trailer was parked with the hitch toward the wall. Workers would not help me turn the trailer around to hitch to my truck. Sprained wrist doing it myself. Paperwork was all wrong. Paperwork wanted me to come back to Idaho falls for drop off. Had to call to get it changed. Would have like to pick up trailer where I had made reservation originally.
