No one onsite or signs telling you to go to the gas station diagonal across the road, no uhaul signs at gas station either. Took over 30 minutes to get the truck keys. When call customer service due to the mix up for the drop off location. Woman on phone refused to help change it when the woman who transferred me stated they could change it. Very inconviennt and caused me to spend more $ than what I originally told. Website was not accurate, showed my choice had the truck I needed but after reserved received a call that Inhad to travel 30 minutes away to pick up a truck from a different location. Overall very disappointed and this made a what was an easy move allot more difficult. Better customer service from I believe her name was Patricia in the end would have made such a difference in my expedience.

Although the locks for the keys for frozen and the door after my husband and I unthawed the lock was frozen, and the back door of the U-Haul was frozen shut, we didn't have the utility dolly, it actually was a pretty smooth pick up and drop off. It made our move so much easier and would definitely be back, IF we move again :)

This location was also located pretty far outside of the city. It was close to a major road, but kind of out of the way.

Was a little tough to find in the dark, I passed it before having to turn back around and look again. I selected yes on the personnel but it was a night drop via the app on my phone.

The location was close to our home. However, Ben told us to just take it to the fenced in lot across the street and leave it there. He didn’t offer to unhook it which would have been helpful since we are two ladies in our mid 70’s. We will still use this location again next year when we need a trailer again but only because it’s close to our home. We will probably ask him to unhook it.
