I payed for 2 moving dolly’s, and 2 packs of moving blankets. I got neither, then when I dropped the truck off I still got charged for them.

JEREMY WSelected in person check in. Had to do it all through the app which I had issues. Asked the gentleman at the food truck and all ge could tell me was I reserved it. Was no place for a in person check in.
Jeremy WCheck in is a hassle because you expect someone to be there because no one tells you it is instruction by phone. Also the lock to get the keys out of the box is hard to maneuver. It put us about 30 minutes behind schedule because of having to jump through those hoops to get the truck.
