No one at lot. Wants everyone to do on phone. I had to call & guy came from next door. Truck was clean & he loaded the dolly into the truck for me (I'm 75) . He was cordial. There was only a quarter of a tank of gas in it not half like document showed. When I brought it back once again no one there so I had to call. Prefer dealing with a staffed facility so I'll go elsewhere if ever need again.

Notice to all, don't use uhaul online. Call your local uhaul near you. The people at 32 storage and this one Batavia oh, worked though the mess booking thru online caused. Both places truly helped me getting the truck I truly needed. Both went out of their way to make it happen. The only reason i gave uhaul 5 stars. The online experience gets a negative 100. I can't credit 32 storage enough. The owner truly was a blessing.

Thomas SThe person who runs the location lives in the house next door and runs the location from there. There was no clear indication of where to go when we needed to get the keys. The app only said to go inside, however, there was no building to go inside. Eventually, the worker came out of his house to assist in getting the truck, but only after I had wandered around the lot for 10 minutes.
