The person who runs the location lives in the house next door and runs the location from there. There was no clear indication of where to go when we needed to get the keys. The app only said to go inside, however, there was no building to go inside. Eventually, the worker came out of his house to assist in getting the truck, but only after I had wandered around the lot for 10 minutes.

DAKOTA WI payed for 2 moving dolly’s, and 2 packs of moving blankets. I got neither, then when I dropped the truck off I still got charged for them.
