Marc O.I received an OLD 26 ft truck without air conditioning for me to cross the country, including the desert! It had no ability to plug in my gps etc, and had 191k miles. The steering was so sloppy that I had to switch or rock from side to side constantly in order to follow a straight line! NEVER again! I would have bought a better truck for less!

After calling back the next person was able to send me a text to show my GPS location... why didn't the first person do that instead of arguing with me and then hanging up on me?
ashley C.Nicholson Tire / Uhaul dealer are great people. Austin takes care of the Uhaul. Very helpful, polite and courteous. They have a big lot for parking and maneuvering around. Austin gets you in and out in a timely manor so you can go about your day.

Todd A.Called last week to schedule drop off on Sunday, they are closed but told me where to drop it at. I did and called Monday morning and he said he would check it and take care of the check in that morn. He never did, next day emailed U-Haul, following day called U-Haul, then another day called U-Haul. 2 1/2 days after dropping it off and after the second called to U-Haul they finally got the location to check in the trailer as returned. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The told me the man at the location stated he had been busy and not been able to get to it. It was 2 1/2 days not checked in and he said he would do it the morning I spoke to him. This is just garbage customer service.

I was called the next morning to pick up and transport the rental to a different location farther away, that kind of nonsense should have been on your dime and time not the customer, we had enough to do with the moving prosses off our family we did not need more to do. Very annoying.

Phil K.No issues with where we picked up our truck. They've always been great to deal with. We have rented many trucks from Uhaul and this was the worst one. I have never been so miserable on a road trip. The truck badly needed a tune up. The drivers side door does not latch correctly so driving down the highway sounds like the window is open. I had to wear earplugs. The passenger side mirror would not adjust. And to top it off the cargo area leaked and because so our boxes got wet and froze to the floor. Again the place of pick up and it's people are great, but the truck made for a miserable 700 mile trip.
