I only had the trailer 2 hours and returned it despite it being charged as a 24hr rental. I tried to get guidance on where to drop it, and also to confirm the amount I would be charged. After being ignored long enough, I tried to get it out of the way, unhooked it, took photos to show it arrived just as I picked it up.
