I rented from U-Haul the same trailer a few years ago and it was affordable. Your rates have doubled I won’t be renting from you again.
JONATHON WExcellent service, friendly, and knowledgeable about the best drop off location as I was moving to a different state. I was treated extremely fair as this rental was last minute after checking on the reservation I had set up 2 1/2 weeks earlier with a different uhaul provider who completely dropped the ball.
Dawn LI only had the trailer 2 hours and returned it despite it being charged as a 24hr rental. I tried to get guidance on where to drop it, and also to confirm the amount I would be charged. After being ignored long enough, I tried to get it out of the way, unhooked it, took photos to show it arrived just as I picked it up.
Vaughn EAustin is always so helpful and efficient. I’m in and out of the office and on my way to move all this stuff very quickly.
