Very friendly, fair and honest folks at Nicholson for u-haul rentals as well as automotive and truck service. Since moving to another property in NC I drive 5 hours to get to them and it's worth every mile.
This guy knew what he was doing the other location didn't have a clue.
Dropped off they were closed didn't meet anyone so I can't give a real honest opinion
The drop off location was closed and I had to contact uhaul for assistance with the return process. The district rep was very helpful, but there was a lot of time wasted trying to return the trailer. A big thank you to Bill for the assistance.
This is not your father's U Haul. Past experiences have not been good but this was. Both pick up and drop off were very easy. I will need them again soon and I won't hesitate to use them.

No issues with where we picked up our truck. They've always been great to deal with. We have rented many trucks from Uhaul and this was the worst one. I have never been so miserable on a road trip. The truck badly needed a tune up. The drivers side door does not latch correctly so driving down the highway sounds like the window is open. I had to wear earplugs. The passenger side mirror would not adjust. And to top it off the cargo area leaked and because so our boxes got wet and froze to the floor. Again the place of pick up and it's people are great, but the truck made for a miserable 700 mile trip.
When I turned in the truck the person that handles Uhaul was not there. I was told he would take care of it the next morning.

because the reservation drop off was screwed up by your system, they worked hard to get it changed without additional charges.

Rented a 6X12 trailer to move a couple of things a half mile. Had the trailer for 3 hours but had to pay a full day rental. Pretty pricey for what we did.

I reserved online and picked Loving Rd as location for pickup. When I got there they told me they don't rent trailers, only trucks. I then drove 15 miles out of my way to pick up at Nicholson. Very irritated
This was not the place we thought the order was for. Seems the place we picked on the website no longer handles u-haul and was then sent to another location.
Teuck was very dirty on outside truck clean on inside and it ran well. Biggest complaint is availability and web site having realtime updated info. You have to call to verify availabilty so what os yhe point in having it on the website if it can't be trusted for accuracy? Not the fault of pick up location.
