Exterior of Uhaul dirty (not that I care, just dont want to get dinged for dirt), interior was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the check engine light popping on when I was leaving the lot. Overall excellent experience.

Vladimir BIt snow before to pick the truck, then, I had to clean the snow by myself. I request for a dolly, but, they didn't have it.

WILLIAM HI need to rent a U-Haul fast for work and this location had one. Kim at the front desk was very nice and kind. She explained everything clearly made sure that we knew our options for coverage. There are dogs on the property, but they are the MOST FRIENDLY dogs I’ve ever met (shout out to Buster and Lucy). The truck was clean and ran great, made sure I had a full tank of gas so I didn’t have to stop and get gas before moving. My move took longer than I allotted for when I rented the U-Haul, but Kim reached out and I was able to extend with no problems, thank you Kim!! I would definitely rent from them again.
ALLISA KWe dropped off after hours. There was a dog running around the property and barking. Turned out to be friendly but we had to get around the dog to put the key in the drop box. If my husband was not a dog person or was not with me I don’t know what I would have done.

Kai SWoman I spoke to said she'd be there at 8;00 and nobody showed up till 8:30. I was there at 815. Was looking everywhre to see if was another entrance and a pitbull came running up to me. Thought I may bet bit but luckily didn't. Vehicle was clean but steering dangerously loose.
Paul MIn my original order, I requested a 10’ truck, an appliance dolly, and in person pickup. I got none of those things. I understand not getting the 10’ truck because it wasn’t available, but there’s no reason why I shouldn’t have gotten the dolly. Additionally if I requested an in person pickup and the location of the reservation doesn’t do in person then send me to another location. The only up side was the person on customer service line that helped me change my order to an online reservation. I think this will be my last time using uhaul.

JEFFREY CYour app is terrible, long lag time and the location has very spotty reception, no fault of Nicks garage. You should be able to do some of the requests when reserving the vehicle

BRIAN FNobody was at this reserved site location when I arrived at 8:30am as expected. I wasted my time and then had to pick up a trailer at another location 20 miles away. 6x12 trailer was very good once I picked it up from the Methuen location and used it. Dropped off at this location, but nobody was there.
GLENN PI think your pricing is unreasonable in the way that you call one day only 8 hours to move a 3 bedroom house with a 20’ truck. What happened to one day being 24 hours? Or at the very least, 12 hours. ?

Jamie MIt was unclear where we needed to drop off our truck/trailer and where to drop off the key. I was scared to get out of my car to drop off the key because there were dogs barking.

DAVID AWhen we arrived there was nobody in the office to do our rental agreement so we were trying to do it online while getting assistance on the phone from U-Haul and it was very confusing and frustrating after almost 15 minutes the owner of Nick's came in he offered to help us and do our rental agreement I took him about 5 minutes total to our rental agreement and get us off the property with the truck he was very polite and professional and offered much relief into a stressful trip.

Robert FTruck was right up front and ready to go. Nicks is a great place to rent from and he keeps his trucks clean. On a side note the truck was a newer model and had less than 30k miles on it. It was the smoothest ride I’ve ever had in a U-Haul!

Robert FVehicle had less fuel than listed on the paper when I picked it up. Was charged for extra fuel even after filling it. Left rear brake caliper seized and was smoking. Had to wait 50 minutes to even get my rental because the owner wasn't there. Terrible
