DAVID A.When we arrived there was nobody in the office to do our rental agreement so we were trying to do it online while getting assistance on the phone from U-Haul and it was very confusing and frustrating after almost 15 minutes the owner of Nick's came in he offered to help us and do our rental agreement I took him about 5 minutes total to our rental agreement and get us off the property with the truck he was very polite and professional and offered much relief into a stressful trip.
