Your app is terrible, long lag time and the location has very spotty reception, no fault of Nicks garage. You should be able to do some of the requests when reserving the vehicle

BRIAN FNobody was at this reserved site location when I arrived at 8:30am as expected. I wasted my time and then had to pick up a trailer at another location 20 miles away. 6x12 trailer was very good once I picked it up from the Methuen location and used it. Dropped off at this location, but nobody was there.
