Friendly staff. I ordered a furniture dolly rental along with my 12x6' trailer that wasnt at this location when I went to pick up the truck and had to spend another hour that morning searching for another store with a dolly which decreased the time I had to load the truck (I think this is a central issue with scheduing and not this specific location. Also there was a pretty thick layer of dirt on the bottom of the traielr, likely due to Iowa's dirt roads which needed to be cleaned before I could load my stuff. Also during transport over 5 days when it was raining some water got into the trailer and furntiure pads were wet when removing. Again, not necesarily this location's issue.
