The person inside was extremely rude when I mentioned I couldn't get out the 3 empty boxes from the back. She said Uhual would charge me 25 dollars so I agreed to pay it and she said with the charge I will still have to take the boxes out. She told me to tell a man outside the laundromat to get them to do it. Reluctantly I did and the gentleman helped. But I've never been treated so poorly. I've rented from Uhual for years and never been treated that way. I'll never go back there and will definitely let people I know not to use that location.Sera C.

The A/C did not work in my rental. I brought it up to the lady at checkout and only advised she would tell maintenance. Paying $30 for a truck and $1.09 I would at least like A/C after moving all day in south MS. Not impressed.Patrick P.

My original request was to the Uhaul off DeBuys Road in Biloxi. Verified it 3 times plus went in two days before to make sure everything was ok and see if I could pay then. Couldn't pay till I delivered truck back and they verified all my info and said completely done and would be ready at 830 am Saturday Aug the 6th. I called my movers and verified with him also. When my mover went to pick up vehicle the mysteriously lost all data on me. They never did give me confirmation number and never told me I needed one. I will let this incident be known to as many people I can. Was so disgusted. Had to settle to traveling approx 10 miles each way to pick up and drop off truck plus pay my mover twice his rate because of being 3 hours late getting Uhaul. Also had to pay 2 x at least more for bigger truck. Pleased with Uhaul. Cant say I am and will make it known to everyone I come in contact with.Sonia P.
The pick-up location was changed the day before the pick-up. They did not have the dolly that I reserved online, so I had to go to another location to pick one up. I'd like a one stop service. My advance planning seemed wasted.Cheryl M.
The ID upload process was time consuming and tedious. The system wasn't working whenever we would upload our IDs, and took nearly 45 extra minutes for us to get on our way.Abigail E.

The vehicle was in poor condition. The driver's side inside door handle was broken making it difficult to close the door. The interior of the cab was filthy and there was an ant infestation in both the cab and cargo area which got into our household goods. The ramp for the cargo area would not release due to a faulty bracket. Finally, the truck was reserved through the U-Haul mobile app and was supposed to be picked up solely by use of the app. However, this location did not provide this service. So, why did U-Haul assign this location for my pickup? This was overall a horrible experience!Hans B.
I did the mobile check in and followed the instructions. I did not move to the front of the line as instructed and waited my turn. Once at the counter I told the attendant that I completed the mobile check in but the whole process was repeated. the mobile app did nothing in way of saving me time.Ann L.

They had what I needed at the time, however it seems their in-store is not as comprehensive as some others I've been to. That is not to say it bad, but they primarily specialize to renting equipment. Overall great service, and I'll definitely come here again to get equipment so long as they have it.Andrey A.

Van and trailer not set up on arrival. Took an hour to complete rental. Drop off was a nightmare. Pouring rain and muddy parking lot. Building invested with termites. Over charged after reserving a truck online, but site didn't have a truck so they upcharged me. Why did website let me reserve if they didn't have the requested vehicle? I had originally scheduled and planned my Uhaul pickup at 3517 Bienville Boulevard in Ocean Springs, MS at 24-Hour Storage. The reason why I made these arrangements was because I had the very things that I was moving stored in this location and the convenience would have been perfect for my move. I even had email confirmation of my pickup on December 21, 2021 at 8am. Instead, I arrived at 3517 Bienville Boulevard to pick up my Uhaul rental only to find out that my rental truck was in a different location, one that I did not want or ask for, nearly ten miles back from where I was supposed to pick up my truck. Therefore, I had to backtrack to pick up my rental and defeat the convenience of picking up my rental in the location in which I had reserved it. In all, I lost at least two hours of my moving day, which spanned over 150 miles. I also had to spend extra money on gas because I had to drive my rental from a farther location. This was the first time that I have ever had such an unreliable experience with Uhaul as I was greatly inconvenienced by this egregious problem.NICHOLAS W.

Do not reserve through the U-Haul reservation system. The truck was available, but not the dollies. It was not the dealer's fault. It was U-Haul's fault.Richard T.
The trailer I rented needs to be serviced! The tail Light was hanging off and I had to use a bungee cord to hold it in place. This was not noticed until I was on the road. The ratchets for the straps were corroded and difficult to use. I had to lubricate them. The lock down on the hitch was also corroded and I had to lubricate it to make it usable. The ladies at the rental location were very nice and helpful. However, the uhaul process leaves a lot to be desired. I had to go through the entire rental process 4 times, twice on the phone and twice in the store because of computer issues.FRANK M.

I don't understand why y'all took so much off my card when I paid for the whole trip up front. I paid to use 30 miles and I didn't even use that many miles. The only thing I can understand was that I was late with the truck but you took an extra $60 out on my card. I would never come back to you all because this is ridiculous.Marquita R.

Unfortunately my drop off was in the rain. This location, unlike others, requires an actual check in of the equipment instead of a drop the key after hours or mobile services. Worker at pickup was new and the process took 45 minutes even though I had done everything online. That was just for her to print my form and hand me a key. Worker at drop off asked me to pull in and block the parking spots so she could check mileage in a torrential rain downpour. I did. She comes out in a raincoat and gets mileage and asks me to back it in a parking spot. I did. She asked me to bring in the equipment I had rented. (6 blankets and a furniture dolly). I got back under the rain after fall coming off their building to get the equipment. I am no completed drenched. I bring it inside. She said now you need to go park it in the field. Excuse me? In a downpour? It was parked. Then not only go park in the field but then bring the key back and sign the paperwork. I looked like I had been in a pool. Five minutes later....rain stopped completely. Had she waited and re parked the vehicle then maybe I could have been dry. It was a long process and in today's world this should have been a quicker and more efficient process and I should not feel like I did the work of the employee.
