The truck smelled like Marijuana upon pickup and during all 3 days of use. This was unfortunate as we have kids who rode in the truck. Everything was sticky inside the cabin of the Truck, especially the steering wheel. The previous driver left bed rails in the bed of the Truck. The air conditioner actuator door kept switching to defrost so the AC was useless. Will likely use Penske next time, especially since uhaul does not offer military discounts.

James GThe reason I wouldn’t recommend this place is because their process is antiquated and slow. You must wait on the attendant to input your information when you’re already checked in. And that’s between laundry customers. Also, it’s a tough location to get in and out of based on traffic.

Victor JFirst truck had a padlock on the back that someone had left, so I had to switch trucks. So the inspection of the trucks is less than optimal.
