The lady was so helpful that I can’t even say how helpful. Originally I was supposed to deliver it in Hudson kronh place but they weren’t even in the office when it clearly said that they don’t close until 5. I was there around 3:40. I even got a text message saying that they can’t do nothing about it. This lady in Diberville was so helpful and even said do not worry I am not leaving until you get the help you need. She was such a sweet helpful lady and I got there at 4:50.

Earl NAbsolutely horrible experience with U-Haul from start to finish. When I went in to pick up the truck, I asked for two packs of medium boxes and was told I couldn’t buy them because they were doing inventory and “they would be mad” if she sold them to me. The truck only had 37 miles worth of gas left in it and I was told, “Well at least you don’t have to put much in it when you return it.” What I was NOT told was the quarter-tank return rule until I dropped the truck off later. The truck itself was parked in a grass and mud field. I had to walk through 2 to 6 inches of standing water and mud just to reach it. I asked if someone could help me hook up the car trailer and was told, “Normally people bring someone with them to do that.” I am single and was completely alone. She added that “just women worked there.” Well, I am a woman too, and I was out there expected to do everything myself in horrible conditions. The trailer was also sitting in standing water and mud, directly behind an enclosed trailer, and I had to back a 26-foot truck to it by myself. After finally getting the trailer attached, I had to move everything onto concrete so I could load my car onto the trailer alone. It was raining, lightning, and thundering while I did all of this, while the employees stood under the overhang and watched. To make matters worse, every single concern or question I had was met with the same dismissive response: “Oh, I get it.” Clearly, they did not get it. There was zero customer service, zero assistance, and zero concern for safety. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had with U-Haul. This location should not be an authorized U-Haul rental facility. Never again.
