First truck had a padlock on the back that someone had left, so I had to switch trucks. So the inspection of the trucks is less than optimal.
Jason TI arrived and the person behind the counter was unable to assist me with the trailer physically. I was told I had the wrong hitch size and should buy a new one. Thankfully, a customer arrived to return his trailer and he helped me hook up mine. If the person behind the counter is physically unable to assist, at least they should have some knowledge of the equipment they are renting.
