Terrible experience! Arrived to pick up the trailer and a very nice older woman in a wheelchair helped me. She was very nice, but not very educated on how the whole process works. She couldn't find my reservation at first. Then she said she couldn't rent to me if she couldnt find it. That almost gave me a panic attack because our Airbnb was only rented for 1 more night. She finally found it. She didn't know about the $7 roadside insurance, she told me it was included in the other insurance I bought and then retracted what she said after I said I just wanted to make sure I had it and then she said she wasn't sure. The WORST part of the experience, was that I have never hooked up a trailer to my vehicle in my entire life, and she tells me that there's NOBODY there who can help me! The week before, I had gone to another location to buy a hitch bar thing (not the receiver, the bar that goes in it that has the ball on it) and the young lady who helped me was so extremely helpful and told me that the employee at the place when I pick up the trailer would hook up the trailer for me and take pictures. Also, THE DAY BEFORE my pickup, I got a text with a completely different pickup location! Moving is stressful as it is, and that was something I was not expecting. It ended up taking me a very long time to connect the trailer. I had to watch a YouTube video (made by uhaul) and then I was told that I connected the chains wrong, which was exactly the way they did it in the video, and it took another half hour at least to get it done. She had to call her boss to ask if it was right. But before that, she told me when I pulled the vehicle over for her to inspect that the trailer was missing a black ball that was supposed to go on the part you screw to connect the trailer after you put it over the ball. She said there was supposed to be a black ball on top of that screw thing. She said she couldn't rent it to me and then she called her boss (I assume) and the boss told her there wasnt supposed to be a ball. All of this delayed my trip CONSIDERABLY! It took probably close to an hour and a half from the time I got there until I left! Had no issues with the return except I wasn't sure how to secure it because it was on a slope and I didn't want it to run into traffic. Nobody came out to help me but it was a much easier process doing it through the app. Overall, it was a terrible experience. No stars if I could! The trailer also needed to be swept out when I picked it up. I took pictures. I had no issues with the trailer itself, otherwise. It was spacious enough do the job and it worked for my needs. I was surprised my little old RAV4 from the 1900s could pull it so easily. Except on very steep inclines, but we did it.

Dana WWe were told we could return the 10' to any Biloxi location. What WASN'T said was that we'd get charged over $100 for doing so. We returned it to the closest u-haul to our house.
