The person managing the St. Cloud location is extremely unprofessional. We dropped the rental early and he was yelling down the 2nd floor of the building at us telling us we couldn’t park on the parking lot and wanted us to park on grass. Then didn’t process our return until Monday even though we returned the vehicle on Saturday evening. He is trying to charge for a cleaning when the unit was left in perfect condition. We have used U-Haul tons of times and have never been charged. He is a cheat and a liar and I will co tinge to write reviews until this matter is resolved. We were going to rent 2 more Uhauls in June and now why would I give business to a company that lies?! I expect corporate to respond back with their solution to this matter. This is ridiculous. We don’t smoke and the guy is trying to say there is a cigarette butt. It is probably from him!

Everything was great. A little out of the way but excellent service
Therrin PI called uhaul and they changed my pickup location but I didn't know until I got to the location because I was driving. I had to drive 10 mile to get to the other location. Then uhaul change my dropoff location to somewhere in Columbia TN instead of the one I asked for less than 3 miles from my house. Luckily I called and they were able to get it changed to Nicks Produce which was great.Once there everything at Nick's was top notch customer service.
