The vehicle was never inspected. There was motor oil in the back of the 20’ truck floor making it impossible to load anything. The dolly was not strapped in or tied down. Blankets were open and used. The inside of the cab was dirty with people trash and belongings. I didn’t know until I drove all the way to my destination that that was all like that. I had to drive all the way back to that location which was about 30 min one way to get a new truck which was half the size. Not only did it ruin the move but cost me money with the help I hired and time. Company did say they would allow me to use the vehicle longer than the requested hrs but to me that was not good enough. I feel my mileage should be reimbursed at the least if my expenses and cost of time and ruining my moving experience. Sorry to have to complain but that was terrible and cost me.

BENITO CI called customer service because my trailer was an hour away from where I reserved it and the uhaul company refused to give me any type of compensation. I drove and hour there to get it and an hour back to my house. I dont think I will be using uhaul in the future.

Keith JPlease share where in my agreement that I would agree to a $21. Charge for 'after hours' drop off? As I booked trailer, drop off was supposed to be Vic's corner ...which has published hours to 7, as we arrived they look at my contract and said I needed to call, found out drop off location. This location apparently closed before 7 as we dropped off trailer at 647. I will not pay a 20.+ tax charge for after hours drop off. The 800 # operator never mentioned, I would have left it attached to vehicle till the following mornih. Please show me on my agreement where I agreed to could charge my card for frivolous charges. Reverse charge immediately!
