Calls me freaking out that the van needs cleaning. And I brush out the back and made sure it's was good. Telling me the van smells. Other than spraying it with Air freshener. I'm not sure what else I could do. I had nothing smelly in the truck. I did take the truck to the city dump but what you want me to do. Power wash the truck. Just a con to milk another $20 of you. Have the equipment that the customer orders and is confirmed available and not wait 4 days until just 2 days before the date to inform the customer of the change. Moving is stressful enough without uhaul significantly increasing it.Jeffrey A.

This location has absolutely no customer service skills. The owner of the store is rude, aggressive, and abusive to his customers and threatens to add extra charges when you ask too many questions. He lies about extra fees and response times in order for you to feel helpless and give him money in order for him to help you. This store is one of the worst experiences you will ever have. My first location gave my truck away to someone else so I drove 40min one way to come back home without a truck. Then I had to stay on the phone for 2 hours bouncing around between customer service reps until I finally got to scheduling team which after a ling while were able to find me a truck for next day late morning, and another 40min away. So half day later, plus 4 extra hours of my time I finally was able to get a truck.IGORG A.

The absolute most complicated system just to drive a truck off the lot. Wayyyy too many steps, and very unnecessary amount of pictures. For such a leading brand in moving, how can not hire people to look at the trucks upon return. Absolutely rediculous. Will never use this company again.evan charles B.
I was left a message on my phone a while back from UHAUL to contact the rental location about damage to truck - which there was none as per pictures taken and submitted with my online return. I called back multiple times, left a message and then kept getting hung up on when I called to follow-up as I never got a call back from anyone - EVER. I have not noticed any additional charge to by credit card and hope it stays that way...hubert F.

After I left location I tried calling for 2 hrs in 15 minute increments. They never picked up phone. Had a question about the equipment I rented. Ended up calling U-Haul main number to get help. Would never recommend this location to anyone.Jason W.

Would never recommend this location to anyone! Very rude! And I wouldn't recommend uhaul all together for anyone. So messy. Very unorganized. I booked for a specific time. I received an email for that specific time. Then when I get to the location I have to wait almost an HOUR to receive my uhaul service. It's poor. And I will be watching for my credit card!Kayla J.

I received the wrong car, there were several hidden charges and I had several issues picking up the vehicle. You also tried to over charge me and I HAD TO TAKE A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR THAT I DIDNT ORDER BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE. This guy name RAJ. He is so unprofessional & Rude. I rented the Truck for 23 hours, he called me after 12 hours and asking me to bring it back, even though he charge me for 23 hours and credit card FEE. $1. I called head office and told them about this guy but they don't give a shit.ZAKIR H.

3rd vehicle in 8 days, issues with price at the end. Overcharging for gas, random amounts added for no reason. Absolute nonsense. 15' Truck for 3 hours, drove 12 miles. $200. Charged 107 + 30 for gas. Fixed in the end, but nonsense. 2/3 have been like this. My trucks ramp didn't fully work on my last rent. Extended, but did not hook up for a clear ramp, instead had to sit down, and be tripped over.Corey F.

The truck was probably not maintained well, made lots of engine noise, and noise when turning the wheels. I could not lock the cargo because the lock did not open with the key that was provided. I informed the agent from whom I rented but he said the lock was not to be opened and I should place the dolly inside the cabin when returning the truck. Since I could not lock the cargo, my loading and unloading time were longer than expected. Overall it was not a pleasant experience with UHAUL this time.asif Z.

You booking is all over the place. I booked for 7am in downtown Toronto and received a truck for 6:45pm 30 mins away. I then had to call and a very helpful customer service representative called Becky managed to get me a truck for 6:30am in Scarborough. that's 30 minutes drive away. you need to sort this issue out. it could be a very good service if it was. you either have a truck at a certain location at a certain time or you dont.Aidan O.

We received the truck yesterday with 3/4 of tank of gas. This was first time using the contactless service and the website didn't allow me to change the gas reading. However I do have a picture showing how much gas was left. We returned the tank almost full (more than we received it). The person who owns Nima Sillk just called me and was extremely rude to me. Told me I was playing games. I tried explaining to him that we in fact did not get a full tank at pick up but he was yelling over me and hung up on me. Told me I wasn't welcomed to rent from his location again. I won't be renting from his location again. I do not appreciate being yelled at and hung up on.Rebbecca R.

In the end I basically didn't like the on-line check in that didn't work as I had to go in the store after taking a lot of time to load everything with Covid and all. I was also promised an invoice in 10 minutes as they could have given me a printed copy. It took a day to receive. Besides the service everything else; truck, prices, web site is great!! On-line customer service was appreciated too, thank you!!Richard L.

I would be a bit more transparent about additional charges. I started with one amount, and the second receipt I was sent via email was completely different than the first. Plus the additional charge of tax after the fact, would have been appreciated before I finalized payment with my credit card.Mallory C.
