I had the worst experience with your company. I do not consider this to be a reliable or professional service. I was allowed to book a location that did not have the truck or equipment available at my scheduled pickup time. I then had to spend more than an hour with customer service before anyone could offer a solution. As a result, I had to travel to a second location, which was the first place with an available truck. By then, my move was already delayed by more than two hours. On top of that, the second location did not have the equipment I had rented and needed for my move. The entire experience was extremely stressful and inconvenient. I definitely will not be using your services again, and neither will my friends or family. I would not recommend your company based on this experience.

Dwight LIts better to put a navigation system with a back camera Because it doesn't have any rear view system. The car is bug so the navigation system would help to see the rear view while backingup.
AL AI felt i was ripped off. I was charged over $20 for fuel even though I put back the gas exactly where I got it. The gas mark was not on the half way point and that's where I put it back exactly but on the receipt the mark was on the next notch and that's incorrect. I would not have left the truck at such a lower amount knowing that I would be charged. That was false information.
