The process of checking in through U-Haul is very easy. This dealer made it very hard. The truck wasn’t where it was supposed to be and the code didn’t work for the lock. I was directed across the street into some truck lot to pick up the truck where I was to leave my vehicle. The truck I picked up was dirty disgusting and the back was full of garbage. The truck also ran terribly do not recommend.

These people did not put the truck into their system on the day. I returned it. I was charged two extra days of rental when they had the truck all the time. These people should be fired. They’re unprofessional and charged me two additional days when I returned the truck one day earlier than my rental contract. I rented the truck for five days. Returned it in four days. If anything you should be giving me a refund for the fifth day. These people were terrible they give your company a bad name.

eleanor jThe location was convenient and the only one that had availability. I scheduled a pick up at 8:00am and by 8:15 the office was still closed. I called the phone number listed on the U-Haul app and someone answered with a sleepy voice, the person said that somebody was going to call me. I waited for 10 more minutes and someone was able to do all the paperwork remotely. They did not inspect the vehicle before renting again. Until now I have not received any contract or receipt for the rental

Masen NThere was nobody present for pick or drop off, when I requested moving blankets I had to enter the office with no staff present and retrieve my own materials. I was then billed for an extra day as nobody was present for drop off. If 0 stars were an option it's what I'd select, I've used many different branches of the U-Haul name and this particular store front is a terrible representation of the company. The truck was nearly empty on fuel when picked up, the check engine light came on after about 3 miles of travel, noone to contact if anything went wrong as the location I was assigned had no working phone number for customers. The whole situation was terrible and I still haven't been refunded for the days the vehicle was sitting in their lot and not in my use.

Jared HMy reservation was botched, Then I was told to just pay for the Insurance that I did not order, and to fight it later with UHaul customer service. I refused to do so. After 45 mins of waiting they finally got me the truck. However the Appliance Dolly I needed for a huge and heavy 411 lbs safe was never reserved. The woman at the shop only had her own personal rickety little dolly which almost broke me while moving the safe. After I returned the truck, the app stopped working so I only made it to step 3 where you did get the photo showing distance travelled. So I called you to let you know I couldn't go beyond step 3. You said no worries, and that you would write down that I called in to let you know. 2 days later you call me claiming I never returned the truck. The place I rented it from never did their part to let you know I suppose. I called them up bitching about it, and confirmed that I had returned it. I don't understand why you would call me asking about the truck before contacting the place I rented it from. This aggrivation after the BS I already experienced just trying to get the rental was completely unnecessary. Then you charged me for and extra day because you idiots thought I didn't return the truck. Now I'm being told my refund will take 5 business days which is needed to pay my damn water bill. On top of that you screwed me with one last little thing. I went 12 miles over the 30 mile limit, yet you charged me for 13 miles. I had to make Jennifer from your customer service verify I indeed only go over by 12 miles, not 13. This who experience was I would expect from some 3 world ass clowns. I will never rent from you again. Ty for making a simple run to the store to pick up one item, and drop it off at my house a complete 2 day nightmare.

Kevin JI never even saw anyone! Truck had less than 1/8 of gas upon pick up. Truck interior was not clean. Truck has used vape cartridge and charger in cab, proving no one checked this out in person before I rented it.

I also had to call the 800 number while I was there to try to get help and the person that answered said "that's not my job" and instead of transferring me he hung up on me. Very disappointed in UHAUL customer service. Thanks so much to No Limit International Shipping they saved me from having a real issue and not being able to move.

Percy MNo one was there to help in any way, a day after I dropped it off I got an email asking why the equipment wasn’t dropped off when it actually was on time with more fuel than I picked it up with and still hasn’t been proseessed as of 11:15 pm Tuesday night the 17th of may . I will never choose this location again nor recommend it to any other customer for pick up or drop off !! I believe that this location needs to be re evaluated as a qualified uhaul connection

mario rThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a Uhaul. I drove 2 hours from Orlando to Port St Kucie to pick up this truck, only to arrive on time to find out my truck was not ready. I was delayed 3 hours in getting my truck to which I had to spend additional money to Uber to Ft Pierce to get my truck. This ultimately resulted in me finishing my move at 3am due to this delay. I can begin to express the amount physical stress and burden this caused on myself and my wife. On top of this uhual did not honor the rate I was quoted initially, they charged me $130 over what I was originally quoted. Afterwards, I waited 40 minutes on hold to file a complaint with a manager at Uhaul only to get told that I would receive a call within 72 hours which I never Received. This was absolutely the worst experience. I will continue to fight the $360 that they charged me in total, as I was unjustly treated.

Keith TThe pickup location itself was not clean or well maintained, but staff was kind and helpful. However the whole pickup experience was terrible. I had flown to Florida to drive a truck back, and had no other option. A few hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck, the location owner called me and said he didn't have a truck; beyond that he was unwilling to help. I had to spend three hours frantically calling around and trying to find an alternate truck, being transferred from region to region because apparently the computer systems don't interface. I'm still waiting for my "truck availability guarantee" refund.

I am unable to contact locally to get closed status to an active account. I had to contact corporate and after a 50 minute hold and 10 minute conversation I think it is resolved. Grr.

The person who is in charge sends someone who doesn’t know what he is doing because she couldn’t be bother to leave her house knowing she has open reservations. Will never use this location again.

I texted and called several times.. no response.. I had to wait 20 minutes on hold a Go -Uhaul for a representative to email me the rental agreement. 3. Sharon returned my call and text next day.. regarding my request for my rental agreement papers.. always the same excuse.. she had to pickup her kids.. decide..are you running a business or giving me the run-around.. 4. Whwn asked by Sharon how I adjust the mirrors on the Van, she said with your hands.. she has no clue that they can be adjusted automatically.. no knowledge of equipment. features or benefits. 5. Oil indicator was low.. inside van was so.. so.. just flipped, no wiping down, tissue paper was inside the side door panels.. so much for COVID cleaning. 6. No Printer at this location, I did not want an email copy..I was told I would have to wait until the next day so she can get it from the field manager. 7. Please Call Me.. 561.255.994 Gail Borgardt. I want to speak to a Supervisor immediately, not from a phone call center.. they were not helpful, they have no command of proper English, cannot read properly. I'm VERY disapointed.. I was not fully informed about the rental agreement.. It was a RUSH JOB.. Sharon had to pick up her Kids... this is the worst
