There was no one there. This is basically a storage unit with a sign for uhaul. There are no employees. I had to call a phone number and they told me to check out in the app. This is not a place to receive service. It felt like a place I might get scammed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one there at pickup. Made me late to my appointment. Sketchy location with multiple businesses. Charged for items I did not get or request.
John HThey need to make sure someone is available during working hours. So that way transactions can be properly processed and that they will not say the equipment wasn’t returned. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM
lasonya bThe woman who facilitated our rental at the site was friendly, she said she was giving me her "around town" truck since I was staying local. The truck had a very weak battery and barely started each time, Air conditioning did not work well, the passenger door would no open from the inside and I was required to go around and open the door from the outside to let my passenger out, the drivers side window handle was missing the knob to roll it down, which made accessing the storage facility difficult as I had to get out of the truck enter the code and run back tot he truck to drive through the gate multiple times during the move. Additionally there was no heavy duty handtruck available at the location so I had to drive to another site for the handtruck - which was not reduced from my mileage. All in all this was the worst uhaul experience I have had - will continue to rent from uhaul and treatt his as a one time event, however, but you should address the issues encountered here.
Charles RPickup was for 9am and the U haul person was 15 minutes late to open store
