This location wasn’t where we selected to drop off. The original location was Flagship Carwash of PSL Inc. When I arrived at Flagship I was told they had no room to accept the truck and was directed to No Limit. There at no limit there wasn’t anybody physically there and I had to call a posted phone #. They too said they had no room to accept the truck and a manager would call, but never did. Called Flagship back and they said to just park it in the street and drop the key in the box…..the end.

sharon bLocation advertise that they were open until 5 PM on Saturday. I picked up my 15 foot truck at 12:15. The location was closed. Building was dark. Everything was locked up with padlocks tried to call the two numbers that were listed in the window and neither one were answered, had to call customer service and talk to three different people finally got the key out of the lock box from the rusted lock that was on the lock box and something that should’ve taken me 15 minutes, took me an hour and a half due to the number of phone calls and people I had to speak to because no one was at the location like they were advertised to be the dolly that I had reserved was not there. There was no gasoline in the vehicle. There is only 31 miles to empty, so I immediately had to get gas at the closest location. It sent me back hours not to mention a great deal of frustration.
