I had issues with nobody being there to get the truck. Then i brought it back early and it was never checked in 2 days later, so i was getting charged wayy extra. Thank God for the AREA manager who was able to close this so that i can gain access to my account again

It was a drop off point, so no comments or concerns.
Maria R.they werent there and left a note to call a # I did and called both and nobody answered, I sat in the sun trying to return, she did call me back then ended up over charging me by 300 miles till I called her and demanded a picture of the odometer- she told me to drop the key in then asked for a pic well I had already dropped the pic, this MAY have been an accident and she did refund it
