Your corporate policy of "prove you are you" is embarrassing and ridiculous. I am a highly compensated senior with a verified USA driver's license and everything else as a native son. None of your corporate communications prior to rental pick-up indicated one needs at least TWO official forms of ID. We had to wake my sister up in Denver to confirm me! Wrong message, people: "We do not fully trust you, Scott." I'm sure the company has been burned before, but please. When I board my plane on Friday, does the airline (and Uncle Sam) say no go without more proof? Of course not. Rented with Ryder a year ago, will go with a class act next time I need a borrow. Please forward this message to the Chairman of the Board, this policy is petty and demeaning. srgilliam at gmail
