Location was fine but UHaul did me dirty! I scheduled to rent a truck and went to pick it up no issues. However when I got there they asked for references. I put my mother down not knowing SHE owed them money. They then blacklisted me from renting until SHE pays HER debt. That debt and her finances have NOTHING to do with me. How can they hold me responsible for HER debt and mismanagement? NOT my business or my debt! Ridiculous!

Try not asking the customer to stand on the back of the trailer so you can attach it to the customers vehicle. The trailer was parked on a hill in the grass. The unit was clean inside but was filthy out side. Noticed this unit had several areas of damage. My wife actual cut her leg on the sharp jagged metal at left front of unit. Brakes on unit need to be inspected. They didn’t work as they should have. Also the unit vibrates going down the road shaking my entire pick up. This unit just needs a full inspection from U-Haul. even the license plate has silicone all around it. I won’t leave a bad review. Wife and I have used U-Haul over the years and honestly this is the first time I gotten a unit that needs attention as this one.

Jeff GI cleaned the windshield and mirrors, truck was dirty overall inside and out. Truck's transmission seemed to be in need of repair. Made a lot of noise and had trouble up and downshifting from 1st and 2nd.

Troy TUhaul is sketchy as hell. No where in my contract does it say the coverage is per day. We were not told about this and we were charged over 100 dollars more than we were told even though we brought it back with more fuel than we received it and absolutely no marks or damage and it was cleaner than we received it as well. I will tell everyone I know to never trust or use uhaul. As a business owner myself, I am appalled at your sketchy business practices and have reported this business to the BBB.
