Take care of your vehicles! I was given a truck with a check engine light and an empty tank, parked in a far back corner that was boxed in by other trucks. The Tow/Haul button was stuck which also messed with the fuel consumption. Not happy.

Bill MI was given an estimated billing for 4 hours, used the vehicle for for just 20 minutes and the bill was shot up!!!! Not happy with the service

Khurram RNot a great experience. Booked to pick up at 16th downtown Calgary. Was called and told to pick up at the north end of Calgary at 52nd st. Then arrived and told I had to go to a different location. This wasted well over an hour of my time and my gas.

David SNolan Hill - they were amazing. Great, friendly service. Smooth efficient pick-up. Had some questions and issues - they worked to resolve them immediately. I highly recommend Nolan Hill to those needing a rental truck or trailer. It is spring, and snow was a bit of an issue - if possible to have a paved lot in the future -- but that is only a minor suggestion.
Stephen PI already had coverage on it. Why did you charge me coverage again? That’s fucking ridiculous. You need to reimburse me to $16. You think money grows on tree trees and you didn’t tell me you were charging me coverage again you just told me you’re charging me $40 plus tax.

Affan AOver charged vague about pricing made to wait for over an hour because they had my make confused with some other person that eat flagged after waiting for over an hour I didn’t even get so much as an apology in -28 weather. No they gave me some vague billing and said someone would contact me and no one’s contact me so that I don’t plan on paying any of that I’ll take them to small civil court over $480. They think I owe them which is not even close to that amount never again U-Haul. PS the guy running that location said it was very common for people to get blacklisted and sit around waiting as their name was cleared very unprofessional Sincerely, former U-Haul user

Zhao MThe driveway was icy, and the truck got stuck. The truck did not have winter tires for a one way trip through the mountains. There was no washer fluid, and the truck was low on oil. I was quoted $550 approx but was charged $690 with no changes made to the order.

Taimoor TIt looks the trailer had some existing issues,it was still put on service, the man may not know but check it hand over time not enough, ...the most bad thing.....you may find by review the telephone record me talked with the phone service guy , a few person looks expect or try to make the diver happened accident....it is not only unprofessional service, kind of criminal.... anyway people all are not easy to during this recession time , I don't want you punish anyone but it really need standardize u haul service, special ly the person who picked up the phone.... I still believe human can be better than AI ....

Itunu FI could not find the location I almost gave up. Then I called and staff said they were in the white trailer. There was no signage! Please put a sign up on the trailer! 😁.
Peggy BNothing was ready when I arrived. I checked in online, and I only got through having to go in person which defeats the whole purpose of doing things online. My order wasn't ready and I had to repeatedly remind staff to get my boxes when they were sending me away thinking they were done with me. There was absolutely no explanation on how to operate the vehicle (i.e. where wiper buttons were, indicators, how to open the back, etc.). As a first time mover, that was very frustrating and overwhelming. On top of all of that, I reserved this vehicle in advance and there wasn't even enough gas to make my trip. I understand filling up the gas to the metre which it was originally at, but to have to gas up the vehicle with $60+ and also have to fill it up again afterwards is very low class and unacceptable. I unfortunately did not enjoy my experience with UHAUL at all and I am thoroughly disappointed.

Romil Mmy reservation was to pick up trailer in Airdrie. i travelled 14 hours to get to Airdrie and stayed at hotel in Airdrie near pick up location so i could pick up trailer and get to loading right away. instead i was told that i had to go to Calgary when the lot was full of the same trailers i had reserved. this added hours to my day and i did not return to Manitoba until 5 AM. our goal was to be ahead of the weather change that was to hit the prairies, and due to these delays, i had to travel the last 3 hours in freezing rain and very poor conditions. I am not a very happy customer.
