The staff at this location at pickup and drop off times were Fantastic. The motorcycle trailer had gravel inside prior to pick up that the staff swept out for me.
Sid PI've been using this location for the past 14 years and have always had a great experience with the owner, who's incredibly supportive and helpful. Although I had an issue with the person on-site, the owner stepped in and resolved it promptly. He's very cooperative, and I've appreciated being able to reach out to him directly to book my truck whenever I need to.
MUHAMMAD ALot is full of potholes, deep ruts and mud.
Brenden BThe only reason it’s low scoring it because I dropped off after hours and wasn’t a fan of the gravel yard. It wasn’t inviting with its container office. This could change in staffed hours as it is the people that make a location inviting.

Nooreldin EDirty truck , check engine light was on. Office was a sea can. My info / card info was entered on a cellphone which was uncomfortable to saybthe least.

Ben DMy experience returning the vehicle was great. I called uhaul to change our return location and I received a prompt call back, spoke with a friendly person and was able to schedule an after hours drop off at a site that could accommodate our large truck. I received confirmation of our return the next morning. The process was easy! This part of the experience was seamless.

Volodymyr MI phoned the "when you arrive in the city" number to find the closest location. This was confirmed but when we got there they wouldn't take the truck so we were redirected to this location instead. Very frustrating to be shuffled around to different locations this often.

Phil MEmplyee did not go over truck with me for damage, gas or milage and was told to just take a picture. Then upon returning uhaul said there was leas gas in my truck than I received it with and stole and extra $80 from my deposit. I should have full return on $100 and have not received a call back for this issue yet and still have not received my deposit back. Don't know if I will rent again ever if it doesn't get resolved. I actually left almost a quarter tank more gas in it than I received it with and still took my deposit. I have rhe pictures to prove this also. Need someone to call me back. 403 888 7517

ANDY AI was called at 7 am to tell me my local Uhaul did not have the trailer I booked and I had to go to Calgary to get one. Too late to change my plans so I had no choice. Still charged full price even though I returned trailer early and had to drive farther than planned to pick up/return.
Darrin BDo NOT trust U-Haul's reservation "so-called" reservation confirmations. I understand that they are subject to prior customers' returns, but U-Haul could at least issue caveat warnings at the time of reserving. Such pathetic systems!
