It looks the trailer had some existing issues,it was still put on service, the man may not know but check it hand over time not enough, ...the most bad thing.....you may find by review the telephone record me talked with the phone service guy , a few person looks expect or try to make the diver happened accident....it is not only unprofessional service, kind of criminal.... anyway people all are not easy to during this recession time , I don't want you punish anyone but it really need standardize u haul service, special ly the person who picked up the phone.... I still believe human can be better than AI ....

Everything is perfect, just do spot checking to maintain cleanliness, I do sweeping inside the truck before loading our stuffs, the last renter didn’t clean prior retuning. Awesome staffs and excellent service 👏

I think the trailers should have more lights on them plus better reflectors the ones on my trailer were very worn off. Safety should be a higher factor on all equipment

I could not find the location I almost gave up. Then I called and staff said they were in the white trailer. There was no signage! Please put a sign up on the trailer! 😁.

Nothing was ready when I arrived. I checked in online, and I only got through having to go in person which defeats the whole purpose of doing things online. My order wasn't ready and I had to repeatedly remind staff to get my boxes when they were sending me away thinking they were done with me. There was absolutely no explanation on how to operate the vehicle (i.e. where wiper buttons were, indicators, how to open the back, etc.). As a first time mover, that was very frustrating and overwhelming. On top of all of that, I reserved this vehicle in advance and there wasn't even enough gas to make my trip. I understand filling up the gas to the metre which it was originally at, but to have to gas up the vehicle with $60+ and also have to fill it up again afterwards is very low class and unacceptable. I unfortunately did not enjoy my experience with UHAUL at all and I am thoroughly disappointed.

my reservation was to pick up trailer in Airdrie. i travelled 14 hours to get to Airdrie and stayed at hotel in Airdrie near pick up location so i could pick up trailer and get to loading right away. instead i was told that i had to go to Calgary when the lot was full of the same trailers i had reserved. this added hours to my day and i did not return to Manitoba until 5 AM. our goal was to be ahead of the weather change that was to hit the prairies, and due to these delays, i had to travel the last 3 hours in freezing rain and very poor conditions. I am not a very happy customer.

They rented me a moving truck with worn out summer tires in December in alberta .This was completely unsafe

They need to do a better job maintaining there truck parts. I should get a partial refund for having to ask for bossy for a garbage battery 3 separate times in -30 weather. The assistance was very nice tho l.

The workers here are very bad customer services, I asked for support to find my truck and one of the workers said “ I don’t care go to the office” also when I was taking photos for pick up truck they told me to move as a very bad response I suggest hire better people because that is very poor service

I found this location to be extremely efficient. Not fancy but very effective in getting us out the door quickly. When I arrived back, there were people waiting in the lot to check me out quickly. Probably the best Uhaul experience I've had yet.

This is a new location that is hard to get to - there’s no left turn option to access the lot so you have to do a U-turn. Not ideal with a large truck. There are plenty of trucks and trailers, but I will avoid this location in the future. The truck I was given had a hole in the muffler / exhaust system and was super loud. Not a great experience at all.

The rep we met was amazing - but being told we HAD to drop off at a location 40 km away from where we started was incredibly frustrating! Way to rack up the cost for mileage! Then the road was closed and we had to go even further to find a way into the facility. Not cool, U-Haul!!

Ran out of a portable trailer which was dirty & poor customer service. As was going to charge me 100$ more to use my debt card to pay which if is a policy wasn’t told to me in prior conversations with U-Haul. My reservation was changed twice. Was very unconvincing as travel plans & times had to change. I was not told a two day charge for this travel when I returning truck not even 12hrs later. communication & Coordination was horriable at location. I understand businesses get busy but one person working then pointing to the truck outside & we did inspection & pics. I have used U-Haul prior years buts this was my worst experience & dealing with she picking up the truck & company changing booking & locations was stressful to an already stressful process of moving.

Rented a dolly over the phone and was not told it was appliance dolly and because of its weight, I was unable to use it for my entire move. Office was located inside a trailer and when I brought this up he said there’s nothing he could do.

Front end falling apart, check engine light on. Partial tank then overfill, sorry Sir that’s on you. Your equipment and service is terrible. Last time I used a truck the guy tried to lie and say it was full of gas. Good thing I took a picture. Overall a shady business, hasn’t changed since you had your fleet out on hold for safety reasons many years back.

Ensure vehicle is full. Interior of vehicle should be cleaned. Windshield was cracked so bad surprised it was legal to drive. Positive - lots of vehicles on site.
