Disappointed the vehicle we reserved was not at the location we reserved at. Also when we confirmed the new location they said the blanket and Dollie’s would be there but we couldn’t get either, Dollie’s and blankets are very important when moving. Had we known that what we reserved wasn’t going to be available to us we most certainly would have made other plans to get what was needed for this move. I understand things can happen but I think your service could be improved greatly by standing by your reservations as far as location and rental of Dollie’s and blankets atleast and location

There were issues with the mileage. When I picked up the car, I had driven 52 miles. They tried to charge me 580, but the inside of the car was dirty with traces of sweet drinks. We finally got the issue resolved the next day, but the car's mileage was still not correct, but I was charged for the 52 miles I had driven.
Viacheslav LPathetic. The van I reserved weeks ago was given away. I was forced to take a much larger truck. Truck was muddy throughout. Window handles both fell off as we drove away. A/C did not work. Absolutely pathetic operation.

James SIt was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I’ve used U-Haul many times over the years and have always recommended it to my friends and family. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion. First, U-Haul offered me the option to return the truck to a different location and promised 50 km of free mileage, which I happily accepted. However, when I arrived to pick up the truck, there was a very long lineup. After waiting my turn, the employee asked why I was late—even though I had been waiting in line the entire time. Then, when I mentioned the 50 km promotion, the employee told me that another staff member had forgotten to apply it to my reservation. If that’s the case, why offer it in the first place? To make matters worse, I had originally reserved the truck from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and later extended the reservation until 6:00 p.m. Yet the front desk insisted that I had only booked the truck for two hours. Finally, the truck was in poor condition when I picked it up. It was dirty inside and had almost no fuel, forcing me to waste additional time filling up the gas tank before I could even begin my move. Overall, the entire process was disorganized, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. I expected much better service from a company I’ve trusted and recommended for years.
