Car was old and too hard to drive. Yet charges was high. Returning wasn’t fun as it took a while to complete the process as the outlet was closed. Waited over 30 mins before I could get the vehicle as well

Aubrey RThey were efficient but I asked for a dolly. When I got there they said they had no dolly as it's a first come first serve basis. What's the point of reserving something if there's no guarantee?
