The truck was very dirty in the driver compartment and the loading part of the truck mud and debris all inside the truck.

MATTHEW CNowhere to park my truck, had to walk to find the truck, no walk around so I too my photos to cover my butt, truck was so dirty inside and had an empty water bottle inside. In the back of the truck was som cardboard left from previous user. Just not a good and professional feeling at all.
MICHAEL FWhen picking up the equipment we were told safety pins are not supplied nor required. This was an alarming detail as the safety pin is certainly proven to be a small detail that can make a big difference. We went and bought our own- had UHaul had one we would have purchased from them.
