LONNY WThis is a new location that is hard to get to - there’s no left turn option to access the lot so you have to do a U-turn. Not ideal with a large truck. There are plenty of trucks and trailers, but I will avoid this location in the future. The truck I was given had a hole in the muffler / exhaust system and was super loud. Not a great experience at all.

Kevan SThe rep we met was amazing - but being told we HAD to drop off at a location 40 km away from where we started was incredibly frustrating! Way to rack up the cost for mileage! Then the road was closed and we had to go even further to find a way into the facility. Not cool, U-Haul!!
Leslie ARan out of a portable trailer which was dirty & poor customer service. As was going to charge me 100$ more to use my debt card to pay which if is a policy wasn’t told to me in prior conversations with U-Haul. My reservation was changed twice. Was very unconvincing as travel plans & times had to change. I was not told a two day charge for this travel when I returning truck not even 12hrs later. communication & Coordination was horriable at location. I understand businesses get busy but one person working then pointing to the truck outside & we did inspection & pics. I have used U-Haul prior years buts this was my worst experience & dealing with she picking up the truck & company changing booking & locations was stressful to an already stressful process of moving.

STUART ARented a dolly over the phone and was not told it was appliance dolly and because of its weight, I was unable to use it for my entire move. Office was located inside a trailer and when I brought this up he said there’s nothing he could do.

Erica SFront end falling apart, check engine light on. Partial tank then overfill, sorry Sir that’s on you. Your equipment and service is terrible. Last time I used a truck the guy tried to lie and say it was full of gas. Good thing I took a picture. Overall a shady business, hasn’t changed since you had your fleet out on hold for safety reasons many years back.
GRANT REnsure vehicle is full. Interior of vehicle should be cleaned. Windshield was cracked so bad surprised it was legal to drive. Positive - lots of vehicles on site.

He was even very accommodating when I was not able to get the truck back on time. I would recommend this U-Haul location to everyone.

Thomas VThe staff who assisted me when I returned the truck was so rude. Don't know what customer service means. I ask for his name and he said he doesn't have a name and won't give it to me. I started to call the U-Haul customer service when I was at beside the door of your mobile office, and he is pushing me away saying "Get out of my Property". Acting as a rude owner?! My gosh. Why are you employing people like this? The moment I entered the site at Nolan Ridge Crescent, he immediately block the road and asked Is the truck clean?" I answered that of course there's a bit of dirt since I disposed garbage. Then he rudely said, Park the car and clean it or else I will charge you additional for cleaning! This never happened to me before! I've rented your truck several times already. You can check my records. This man doesn't know what courtesy means. Putting him in the frontline is a huge mistake! You should teach him courtesy, humility and the proper way to treat a customer! I've been a repeat customer of your company several times and never did I encounter this kind of person. Not good for your company!!!

Mark LLights on the trailer were not fully serviceable. 3 of the 4 running lights were out of service. Both backup trailer security cables had either missing or damaged hook locks.

Pamela LThe cab of the van was fine, but I had to sweep the cargo space before I could load the van. The two gentlemen who did the paperwork were fantastic. Also, I wasn't thrilled with the online experience. I booked a van at the Bowness location and it changed it to the Nolan Hill location without asking.
