Poor reception in the area made using the app for check-in/out very slow. Suggest offering wifi instructions near the office when it is closed.

AUDREY Hdropped off the truck after hours and parked in between two other uhaul trucks on the street next door to the Uhaul office. Left the keys and paper work in the drop box. we folded all the blankets and made sure to sweep it out. Filled the tank in San Jose and left just over 1/4 tank when dropped off which is how it was when we picked it up.

DONNA LStaff were courteous and efficient. The online check-in had some hiccups. It asked for a photo to update the mileage and then said I had uploaded too many photos after an error message. It got stuck in a doom loop and would neither accept another photo nor accept moving forward without a photo.

Brian AThere was a small tear in the side of the front right tire. I pointed this out to the attendant and he was reporting it. It is important that tires are checked all the time as I had this happen before (nail) on an airport car rental that impacted my trip. Overall great service from the service people.

Harold MU-Haul told me that they were open on the fourth. They told me they had certain vans for rent. When I got there, the man who worked there just complained about his job and basically told me I was crazy when I said U-Haul said they were open on the fourth. There’s a disconnect between U-Haul that I called and the office that I went to, both giving me different information and when I showed up the guy who worked there just complained about everything. I will go back because it’s the only rental place nearby but if I had an option, I would never go back.
