Douglas CU hall charged me extra for dropping off in raymond as well as an after hrs drop off fee that's totally unacceptable but I guess u hall has the market cornered if there was another option I would have used alternative. Not happy

Joan CI left messages TWICE at North East Limo trying to get information about renting a trailer and was NOT called back. I then turned to the 1-800 number and got Amazing Service from Angie!! She is an asset to your business!! You Must Keep Her! We picked up and dropped off the trailer with no problem. We will rent from UHaul again when we need it.

Ryan CTrailer was very dirty and full of ice. Had no jack so we could not take it off our vehicle. I have pending charges in my bank account even tho it was already paid in person.

Richard GParking lot is way too small and difficult to get a trailer into and out of. Trailer was filthy inside and out. Tie down D-ring inside trailer was broken, and I needed it. The taillight brake/signal light was not working, I could see a broken wire hanging down below the trailer. The trailer had no jack on the tongue so I had to lift it off the ball of my truck.

James HInterior can cleanliness could have been better. I cleaned the windows with windex and paper towels and the centre armrest was in the up position when I lowered it for a more enjoyable experience it was filthy with coffee and food crumbs. I cleaned this with hot water and rads.

Stanley SHorrible experience. Very Stupid System. We are given trucks with 25% fuel and expected to leave it at exactly the same level. How the hell are we supposed to know how much we put. We may put more than we used & lose money or we may under fuep it and get charged for fuel service fee plus fuel charge. Very crucked Scamfull system. Probably designed on purpose to steal money from customers. Unprofesional & upsetting. Trucks has transmision probpems not powerfull consuming too much fuel.

Ronald PAt first my drop off locations was at 8720 Franklin ave and had to change to Taiganova Crecent since the previous locations was demanding and wanted the truck right away after getting to Fort McMurray and I have the 4 days since I’ve been doing all the move by my self and I have rights to do so. He mentioned that he will overcharge me since there is a customer waiting for truck as he had promised. Taiganova crescent is much nicer and friendly and more professional.
