My pickup and drop off was excellent otherwise the service was terrible, we ordered a 20 ft u haul in gander nl got a call the night before we were supposed to pick it up telling us there wasn't any avaliable in nl we ordered this almost 2 months before we needed it. We had to drive 4 hours each way to get a 15 ft causing us to not be able to take some of our furniture. We found the service terrible in gander nl it's not good enough when you dont know till 14 hrs before you have to pick it up.You really need to improve your service and let people know if you can't deliver on the order.
HUBERT WAccess was limited for a parking lot, but with an empty trailer you can push into a stall instead of trying to back it in with a truck worked out.
